Bizarrely, when your character tries to send their text message or a delivery, they become mentally disconnected from reality and fall under delusions. Maybe they suddenly now believe they are a businessman seeking potential clients, or a lonely NEET in Japanifornia who wants friends, etc. Maybe they're still themselves but are convinced that the recipient really wants to hear about their yaoi hands or that the recipient's love life is the most pressing matter in life right now.

The exact nature of their mindset is up to you, but effectively, they are temporarily AU'd/unintentionally larping/compelled to write nonsense for their messages.

OOCly, this means that while you can still express your general intended sentiment, any and all outgoing messages are written through a lens of insanity as a preemptive censorship for your messages. You can also send shitposts that your character wouldn't normally ICly write and chalk it up to the effect.

On Sunday, this effect does not apply and your characters may send texts and objects with their mind intact (provided they don't try to outright doxx details that shouldn't yet be shared; ask the mods if you're uncertain). If you try to outright doxx murderers who weren't caught, you will be glitched into insanity when writing that part.

As of Week 2, Sunday, the following applies due to the program now installed on everyone's phones:

OOCly, you may make your messages gradually more coherent starting W3. The progress rate is individually up to you, though it typically shouldn't exceed 10-15% improvement per day (however that looks to you) aka you are not fully/consistently coherent. You will be notified when you are properly "cured" and the OOC mail rules change permanently.
