GRAVEYARD
Notice of an itinerary change—
Well, shucks! You died. This might be a familiar experience for you, maybe not. Either way, you're probably feeling distinctly less dead now, with any injuries you previously obtained now healed. Grogginess still clouds your mind, but in a way that's reminiscent of waking up rather than anything nefarious.
... Not too unlike when you first arrived here, actually. Namely, because you wake up in what looks to be an airport terminal. Again! It's not quite the same as the one you were in before, but you're not free of airports yet, it seems. To be specific, you're in the baggage claim area, in the most literal sense: lying in an open suitcase on the carousel, going round and around (or, if you were unlucky, you might've tumbled out of the suitcase as it slid down onto the conveyor belt). You might want to hop off at some point.
If you're worried about your belongings, you can find them either on your person or in another suitcase chugging along on the belt. Once you retrieve everything, there's a new area to explore. Plus, reunions to be had with those who died before you, or with the four Hosts you haven't seen since the first week. And should you be worried about the living side, there are various screens around the terminal, allowing you to still watch what's going on over there.
► GRAVEYARD RUNDOWN
- You are able to see the living (and their public network posts).
- Weekly effects are still active.
- Any personal items you didn't give away before your death are with you in the graveyard.
- You can still use your curse items on the living, with the usual caveats of avoiding OOC inconvenience (e.g. no effects that would last into Thursday night).
- The graveyard has its own set of NPCs (Maestro, Bora, Libeccio, Scirocco). You are no longer able to contact the living side's NPCs via audiences, but you can talk to the other four once again.
- If you get injured and would like to be healed (within reason), the graveyard NPCs can heal to varying degrees, so feel free to handwave tapping them until you got one who could help you.
- You may handwave the NPCs explaining the basics to you: you're alive again, but you're unable to regroup with the "living" side due to lacking a mode of transportation to the airport terminal where they are, and a barrier is blocking people from leaving the old-fashioned way. Trying to book a ride is a work in progress for the entire graveyard.
- As of Week 4, the memshare effect from Week 3 remains.

First, sorry, when we write during the week things seem to turn out a bit garbled. I still receive all your messages and appreciate them, and returning them should get less insane over time. I’ll keep writing.
Secondly, I did see you were on one of these horrible Thursday adventures - I was quite worried, and I’m sorry to see you hurt. It’s rather terrible actually to not be able to talk about it face-to-face, but I am happy to hear you feel lighter. Don’t let anything go unhealed. Return to the defibrillator as many times as you need it, and ask the Hosts for assistance if you find yourself struggling with anything. I am alright. Most of what happened to me was not physical injuries, and I’ve been taken care of by the others here.
Thirdly, don’t go on the network and say you would withhold justice by refusing a confession you know that gets him all excitable and I’m not going to let Justice write everything he wants to here to spare you further lists of instructions but yes we can read everything you post. That said if you do happen to do anything please do not confess.
Over here isn’t really that much different from where you are - it is simply another “airport” full of many of the same amenities and sights. For the most part we watch and discuss what you all are doing, but we have our own tasks. Apart from that it’s mostly talking. We do have one of those TVs, however, and I showed Essek a few movies. That is one of the things I miss when we’re outside of these places, maybe we should get one? I think I could get it to work.
Thank you for the pictures of Lady. Frumpkin is here but it’s not quite the same. ≽^•⩊•^≼

P.S. Have you considered the ways in which you could engage with the other teams? Maybe starting some friendly rivalry?

I know we did not remember each other at the time, but I am glad I got to see you in Omegacorp, no matter the circumstances. I missed you, I missed our conversations. And now I suppose for better or worse, we are Task Redundancy Solutions until the end.
I hope you are doing alright after everything — I know that it also messed with my head, so I can imagine it did yours. And be careful with the margaritas, I ran into the same problem. Too much damned sugar in them.
If you’re looking to help, I hear you’re something of an expert at certain things. What do you think about bombing another lounge? ≽^•⩊•^≼

Sorry I don’t think you’re Calvin Omega, the madness took me and I wrote that without meaning to.
That said I don’t think Calvin Omega is such a bad thing. You are still a part of our team, of course.

A Filbo is a horrible creature who we killed for his slavish devotion to Omegacorp Industries, and would do again. Ask Ryo/Calvin if you want to know more, I suppose.
I’m sorry if messages have gotten a little strange. During the week we cannot always reply with full sanity, though it should begin improving over time. I did see you went through the same experience as Kaworu. I was sorry to hear it, and more sorry still to know I could not be there to speak to any of you about it.
Yoru has arrived and while rather incensed, seems otherwise fine. We’ll keep an eye on her. Everyone else is doing well enough, and says hello. ≽^•⩊•^≼

Thank you for the gift - it is very nice. Probably too nice for me, but I will keep it and look after it anyway.
Firstly, I apologize for the chaotic nature of the messages during the week. It should be improving with time. We can still receive them, and read them all, so they are very important to us.
I don’t mind speaking on it. Justice and myself. I know what it is to feel that way, as if everyone’s forgiveness and kindness is a facade, and that perhaps you have not fully convinced them of the gravity of your actions. That they might be horrified to know the truth of what lies beneath, and that kindness is a way to avoid looking directly at such ugliness.
In the end, I think these places show both the worst and the best of ourselves. The nature of violence and pain, but also of mercy and forgiveness. Maybe it is just that in a world with so much loss, people cannot bear to lose even a little bit more. I can’t say I am a forgiving person, though condemning you is not my place nor do I care to do it, but I understand the difficulty in it.
This place is not so bad. It’s really not all that different from where you are, apart from the faces and the distance. I can’t say I don’t miss my team (not an invitation to kill more of my team to send them here) and it is a bit frustrating to be outside of the bounds of the “game” so speak. But really it’s not the worst.
Keep writing, I like hearing from you.

A small one. The bomb. I mean.
Anyway, Vi and I have been speaking a good bit. She misses you and Hulkenberg more than words can say. Keep in touch with her, though I know you do as much as you are able. During the week our letters can become a bit confused, but we still receive them and will reply the best that we are able to.
And you and you could do a griffon tattoo? Everyone loves griffons. Those were really popular in my Warden days. I may or may not have one. We could match. ≽^•⩊•^≼

Thank you for your messages and your kindness. I believe the peas and hotdogs are sent out of a sense of concern? Maybe some boredom. But mostly with love. Accept your peas and hot dogs, there are starving children in Darktown who would literally kill for all of that free food.
For what it’s worth, I do still consider myself a part of the team, and I see how hard you are all working. I don’t think you really have to do anything special to remember me, though it might be funny if you pressure Strohl into getting that griffin tattoo. It’d be pretty funny. Though I do think you are causing some chaos with the dreams. Boothill did attempt to shoot me over it. It’s fine. Yoru and Asa have arrived and seem fine, if a bit angry. I can understand why. We will keep an eye on them. ≽^•⩊•^≼

Thank you for checking in, I appreciate it. I’m well enough, all things considered. We aren’t really in need of anything in particular, so I’m sure anything is fine. Make sure to sign any packages, because we have a difficult time telling what’s from who sometimes. Best to your Chao as well. ≽^•⩊•^≼

I am doing fine, thank you Maya. ≽^•⩊•^≼ You don’t have to worry about me, this side is really not that different from your side in the end, except that we are a bit less watched than the rest of you.

I was magically forced to apologize so I would like to take this time to formally retract my apology and I stand by my actions here and forevermore. It was funny and it made me laugh, so there. I can and will curse you again if I so choose.
Sorry that during the week we cannot exactly send coherent letters - this should be improving over time, and I will keep up with correspondence with less insanity. Hopefully.

Thank you for the drink (and for considering Justice) - it is appreciated from both sides. We do get a little bored but there’s ways to entertain ourselves. Mostly in watching you all, if I’m being honest. During the week, our messages can become a bit … insane, so try to forgive us our insanity. We’re doing our level best to send through letters with some meaning anyway. It should improve with time.
I don't know if you know the details of what happened, but perhaps you should. I was killed for a prize, and I think you and I both know how I feel about my life being traded in kind. Again. I think she wants my forgiveness badly, but I don't know that it's something I can so easily give.
Also don’t worry, Bora didn’t actually drink it, though they did appreciate the gift greatly. Maybe alcohol-free for them next time too, if only because Boothill nearly had a stroke.
