BUS? A BUS???

The wheels on the bus (don't) go round and round...

You wake up on a bus.

It's a very nice bus, though. Luxurious, even! The seats are comfy and can be used as beds, with pajamas also available for you to change into. It's stocked with enough food and drink to last a week or so, along with a bathroom that also has a shower and free toiletries to use. The downside, however, is that apparently you have to share—as you're not alone when you awaken.

It seems like you're not where you should be, either. The bus comes equipped with TV screens, but rather than any movie or show, it's reality TV in the most literal sense. You might even recognize a few faces over there in the terminal, but either way, you can watch the participants go about their day. You're as equally confused as they are, after all, even if miles (?) separate you.

For that matter, that's pretty much all you can do. You're stuck on this bus. You can't access where the driver's controls would be, and there's no driver to begin with; in fact, the bus isn't even moving. The doors are shut, and any attempt to break the windows will send you bouncing back. Opening the shutters will treat you to the enticing sight of... outside airport scenery. You're on airport grounds somewhere, but you can't tell anything other than that. If you do some digging around, though, one compartment on the bus contains a random assortment of card games and board games for you to entertain yourselves with.

Better get cozy, because you might be here for a while.

You do not have any personal belongings on you. Unlike the other players, you also don't have a phone. Sad.
The W0 weekly effect, once revealed, will apply to you as well.
Your characters are able to see anything that takes place on the public mingles, including network posts, via the bus TV screens. You may also handwave them being able to see the initial notification that the players all received on their phones.
We will have a small, pseudo-mini-event for you on W0 Wednesday at 12pm PST/3pm EST.

I think it has more to do with the processing, actually. Though there's probably some regional difference to the leaves as well.

Either way, they do taste pretty different. And like you said, it's always worth trying new things.

Very sweet. It works better for black tea than green tea.

...yes, it does seem that they are. It's a shame that people aren't brought together like this for peaceful reasons. It would be nice to get to meet and spend time with people without the kidnapping and murder.

I'm guessing that wouldn't be as entertaining for whoever's running these.

Hmph. Whomever finds this sort of thing entertaining is just a freak.

You're telling me. Almost makes me wish we could round them up and make them participate in one of these games.

Oh, I'd love to see how they would handle such a thing themselves. Heck, I'd love to see how they'd handle just being in an enclosed space like this for as long as we have. I bet they'd do much more poorly than us.

They do seem like they would be high maintenance, if this is the kind of entertainment they enjoy.

I imagine they'd be prone to violence as well, if watching this sort of thing is what they'd like! Imagine if one of them took too long in the only bathroom... they'd start fighting so quickly.

If they did that, they wouldn't have any bathroom left.

It's what they would deserve for being the kind of people who would put dozens of us through this sort of thing on purpose.

I wonder if we'll get to meet them. It'd be nice to give them a piece of my mind.

If we meet them they'll definitely be getting more than just a piece of everyone's minds...

Do you have something in mind already?

Many of these experiences have had items that can be used to curse other people. If I can, I'd like to hoard as many of them as possible and unleash them all on the auditors at once!

In some cases, yes! It others, it's not. It can vary. Regardless, if we have some way of inflicting curses on people, I want to use them on the auditors.

Then maybe I'll keep all mine too to use on them. [ but the better question is: ] What would you curse them with?

I'm trying to decide if cursing them with something painful would make me as bad as them. But it would be funny to make them bald, I suppose. People always really seemed to hate it when that would happen in these things.

Bald? Does it grow back afterwards?

Usually, yes, but depending on what the auditors put us through I wouldn't necessarily mind if it didn't...
